Theresa Allen, manager of the Farm of Davidson College, introduced us to this 3-plus-acre farm which provides naturally-grown, local produce to Davidson College students.  We saw tiny seeds and then the produce they produced: lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, squash, melons, strawberries, and herbs.
