ABOUT US

OUR MISSION

Davidson Lands Conservancy’s mission is to conserve local lands and natural resources, connect lives to nature, and promote a conservation ethic.  We advance our mission through education and through four conservation pillars or programs: land conservation and stewardship; greenways and trails; urban forestry; and wildlife habitat.

OUR 4 PILLARS OF CONSERVATION

At Davidson Lands Conservancy, we have four main goals that help guide us in our mission. Click on our links below to learn more about each goal, why they are important to us, how they benefit society, and our plans on how to implement these goals.

These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and managing staff, selection of volunteers and vendors, and provision of services. The Conservancy is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all staff, supporters, landowners, volunteers, subcontractors, vendors, and community members
