Please consider including the Davidson Lands Conservancy in your estate planning.
Conservation easements allow landowners to retain possession, of their land while assuring that parts of it will never be developed. A landowner can live on the property, build other family homes and continue farming, and may realize significant tax benefits. At the same time, everything is carefully planned and agreed upon before the easement is finalized. Once an easement is in place, it is permanent; land is protected forever.
